One Friday per month
Half-day sessions (4 hrs) scheduled around your residency demands. Pre and post work is minimal, about 1 hour each.
Validated assessment tools
DiSC profile, leadership reflection logs, and improvement planning tools used by leaders across healthcare.
Personal improvement project
Each participant designs and implements a personal improvement initiative, with a stop/start/continue log and individual development plan.
