Pre and post elements: Some work (1 hour) required before and after each session (emailed in advance)
Topic list is interconnected yet adaptable
Program requires an improvement plan the participant has to implement (also requires submission of a “stop/start/ continue” log, a development plan, and a leadership reflection )
