TeamSTEPPS & Coaching in Small Groups: Start-Stop-Continue Reflection

Participants are divided into small groups in Zoom breakout rooms, each led by a trained moderator (coach). Groups complete their first Start-Stop-Continue log — a structured reflection on the leadership concepts and methods covered to date. TeamSTEPPS principles are applied as a framework for team communication and collaboration within the coaching discussion.
