Program Objectives

Graduate Medical Education’s Leadership Program of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is excited to launch its sixth cohort in late September 2023.

We are excited to continue to engage our residents and fellows in this unique and forward-looking educational experience designed to develop skills, tools, and knowledge around leadership and health care delivery.

This program equips participants to elevate effectiveness in a variety of team settings and to increase critical self-awareness of leadership styles and impact.
